Sunny town centre, ground floor flat- Double room.

I'm currently looking for a professional, reliable and fun flat mate. My current flatmate, Shelley, is sadly leaving me due to the location. There may be flexibility to move in a week or so before the 24th.
I’m looking for a likeminded individual, hard working who understands that weekday nights may be more on the low key side these days and someone who puts just as much importance on living in a relaxed and happy flat as living in a clean and tidy home.
The room is a good double and is unfurnished. The rest of the flat is fully furnished. Bills are not included. At present, we share a joint account and pay £675 a month to cover all outgoings…. Phone, water, council tax, a cleaner every two weeks etc.
I’d ideally like to live with a female to share girly nights in with choc &wine etc. I’d like to think I’m fun and easy to be around- you can ask Shelley just in case!
The flat really is lovely- it’s spacious and bright and within easy walking distance to St. Albans town centre and the train station plus private, secure parking- a massive bonus in SA!
