Spacious double room to let in 2 bed maisonette.

I have a large double room to let in a 2 bedroom maisonette in St Albans, 10-15 minutes walk to the train station and another 10 mins to the town centre. The room is fully furnished with ample storage space and the property has a large garden, broadband, washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking is on the street outside the house and it's on main bus routes so transport links are excellent to the town centre and also to the university. It's also very close to a large supermarket and local shops which is really handy.
I'm looking preferably for a Monday to Friday lodger who is easy going, friendly, clean and tidy. Someone who is sociable but also happy to do their own thing would be great.
I tend to relax during the week and socialise at weekends so the house is usually quite peaceful during the week.
