In the rest of the house has two bathrooms (both with showers and one with a bath), lounge, utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer), two off street parking spaces and a garden with a patio.

The rent covers all the bills, (council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband and Sky+). Please note that there is no telephone in the house.

The house is located in the south west of St Albans in the Cottonmill area with easy access to both the M1 and M25 (less than 5 mins drive). St Albans City station is approx 20 mins walk and St Albans Abbey station is less than 15 mins away.

Current tenants all work in a variety of 9-5(ish) professional jobs and would prefer to have someone similar.
