The home itself is an end-terrace located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. It overlooks the grounds of St Stephens church.

It's very near the beautiful and extensive Veralamium Park as well as the brand new Westminster Lodge and Veralamium Spa leisure centre. There is a large Sainsburys about 5 minutes walk away and St Albans centre is but 20 minutes walk.

The Abbey line station is very nearby and the Mainline City station is about 25 mins walk away. Using either station you can be in Central London within an hour from leaving the front door.

There is parking available adjacent to the property and its location is very convenient for accessing the motoroways around St Albans. The M1 and M25 as well as the A414 which links Hemel Hempstead and Hatfield/A1(M) are all accessible without having to go through the congested centre of St Albans.

There are buses that leave from the Abbey line station that go directly to Heathrow Airport and Luton Airport.

I'm the live in landlord and am easy going and sociable. I work regular hours mid week and when I'm not playing Basketball or at the gym I like to spend the evening cooking and catching up on TV or reading a good book. You'd also be sharing with Tom, an engineer who's hobbies include Cycling, watching Rugby and endurance fitness sports.
