The house is situated in a quiet residential road with great transport links being very close (2 mins) to the M25, M1 and A1. Local shops are at the end of the road with Sainsburys/Homebase/Argos/Half ords etc a 5 minute walk away. St Albans historic town centre is a 15 minute walk away with it's great variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, Cathedral and twice weekly international market (French & Italian). The Thameslink (Capital Connect) mainline train station is a 20 minute walk with central London being a 20 minute journey on the fast train. Verulamium Park with its lakes, Abbey View golf course, new sports centre/gym/climbing wall and swimming pool is also on the doorstep.

The house is just occupied by 2 people, myself the owner and one other lodger (Josh 25, away most weekends), both professionals working full time. Friendly relaxed atmosphere.
