Hello everyone,
The flat is located in an ideal location, approximately 3 minute walk to St. Albans Railway Station, ideal for commuters that work in Central London (like myself).
As part of the tenancy, you will have a large bathroom with shower principally for yourself. However, please note this is located in the hallway and on occassions the toilet facility may be used by visiting guests (on odd occasions).
I have furnished the flat to a very high specification and therefore seek someone who would provide the same care that I have provided.
Due to shared living spaces (i. e. a very large living room and kitchen), I am seeking someone with a sociable personality to get along with. I am a very laid back and friendly and will most likely become your friend rather than your landlord!
Unfortunately, guaranteed car parking is not available. The development has just been finished and it is likely there will be guest parking on the road (however, this cannot be confirmed at the moment). There is a NCP car park as part of the development and a choice to purchase an annual stay ticket is available.
My flat benefits from one of the best views in the development, a key requirement when I purchased it. It overlooks the footpath and wooded areas behind the development (views from the living room, kitchen and balcony).
Your bills will include Broadband, Water and Sky TV . Council Tax and Energy Bills (only electricity) shall be split.
