I am looking for a Monday-Friday lodger, eg; someone who lives elsewhere but needs to be in or close to St Albans during the week for work.
Accommodation: a comfortable single room (see photo)in a terraced house very close to St Albans station (17 mins to London on fast train). Weekly cost includes access to all facilities including unlimited broadband. No additional bills to pay.
Nice area with good local shops and Morrisons supermarket. Parking is on-street and residents parking applies between 1. 30-3. 30pm but there are unrestricted parking places nearby.
Please note - I have a cat! (in case you are allergic)
