I am currently looking for a flatmate with whom to share a two- bedroom maisonette.
The flat is 5 minutes walk away from St. Albans City station which is 20 minutes by rail into King's Cross and St Pancras station. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre, 2 minutes walk from Clarence Park and very close to several shops, supermarkets and social amenities.
Bedroom: Has a large oak desk and a chair with an in-built wardrobe, a double- bed etc.
Living Room: A large T- shaped living area with a 40- inch flat screen TV. The centre table shown in picture has been replaced with a glass- top table.
Kitchen: A big fridge/ freezer, microwave, gas cooker, etc.
It is available from 1st June, 2014. Displayed rent is inclusive of all bills ( broadband, TV license, gas etc) except electricity which is normally £10 p/m.
You will be sharing the flat me, I am female professional working in London and very sociable.
