Large double bedroom in flat share in city centre

We are three young professional ladies sharing a large flat in the heart of St. Albans.

One of us is sadly moving out in July, so we are looking for a like-minded person to move into her unfurnished double bedroom.

In the meantime we have a spare single bedroom that we are looking to fill, which is available now. This means we have the flexibility of someone moving into the smaller room (paying much less rent) with the view to moving into the double room in July.

Rent includes all bills as well as a fortnightly cleaner, who cleans all communal areas.
