Double Room to let in Large Shared House

The house is located in the residential area of Marshalswick in St Albans, in a quiet cul-de-sac. If you are keen on gardening there is even a very large garden with vegetable plot and greenhouse (this year we grew zucchinis, beans, leeks, tomatoes and more)
There are 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 4 wc and 2 kitchens.
The rooms are part-furnished.
We are looking for a clean, quiet, non smoker, professional person to share the house.
We will expect the person moving in to be involved in keeping the house clean and tidy and preferably help maintain the garden.
Since we are a large household and are keen for all the tenants to enjoy their space, we have strict guest rules.
The bus stop is 2 mins walk from the house and takes you into the town centre or the train station in 10-15 mins. We often walk into town as St Albans is a beautiful green area.
With the fast train you can be in Central London in 15mins.
