Double Room in Shared House Available

We are 2 girls and 1 guy losing our current housemate as she's moving home.

We all have active social lives and spend a lot of time together. We want whoever moves in to be social too, and not a recluse. You need to be reliable, fun, clean, friendly, and want to be part of the house.

None of us are from St. Albans but have all made it home over the last year.

We are looking for someone that is similar to us with an easygoing personality.

The house is a newly refurbished, period end of terrace, with kitchen, including fitted white goods, large modern bathroom with bath and shower, living room, pantry, spare room for storage and a small garden with patio. We have a weekly cleaning rota and we want whoever moves in to be a part of it.

We live on three floors - and although we only have one bathroom, we've never had a problem getting in when you want. The room for rent is on the middle floor. We are less than a 10 minute walk from central St. Albans, and just a 5 minute walk from the city station, and the train only takes 20 minutes to get to central London. Although parking isn't included in the tenancy, there are always plenty of spaces outside the house. Bills aren't included in the rent but usually amount to £95. 00 each per month (inc. council tax, water, gas, electric, internet, TV Licence). The letting agents charge a fee of around £250. 00 for references.
