2 Double Rooms Available!!

Roll up, roll up for what is possibly the greatest house in the world!... FACT. Situated in the glittering metropolis of St Albans, a mere 15 minute stroll to the town centre and within a commuter distance of the M1 and M25. The house is on the very doorstep of the wondrous pubs of St Michaels and, of course, the Waffle House!! Our house has all the delightful mod cons you could wish for, including ladies and gentlemen a trampoline!! On a more sensible note the house has a shared lounge area with TV and a sizeable back garden, perfect for summer barbecues. We have off road parking for all you driving types out there to keep your lovely cars safe and 1 bathroom and an extra downstairs toilet (huzzah!).

We now have 2 semi- unfurnished double rooms available from 27th October. Bills come to around £100pcm (included in rent advertised but as we cover the bills ourselves this could work out slightly more/less per month).

As for the current housemates, there are 2 of us staying on: Robin (24) who works for Red Bull and Ryan (26) who is an accountant. We are easy going and fairly tidy, enjoy a bit of banter and a few tipples of a weekend. We would like someone like-minded to move in and join the fun.
