Description
Double en-suite room to rent in St Albans available in the middle of July. The rent advertised does not include an additional £80pcm for ALL bills: water, gas, electric, council tax and Sky TV with Sky Sports. This means payment each month would be £520 + £80 = £600.
The house is a 5-bedroom detached house on London Road opposite the fire station with plenty of off-street parking. Walking into town takes 20-25 mins or a 5-10 min bus ride from the stop right outside the house. A small shop is a 2-min walk away and a Co-Op is 10-15 mins.
Your room will be a large double bedroom on the first floor with access to an en-suite bathroom. Please note that the communal bathroom does not have a shower so use of the two en-suite bathrooms is needed in the mornings for showering. The current occupant is willing to sell the contents of the room (double bed, sofa, bedside table) for an agreed price.
The communal areas include:
Large open plan living and dining room with leather sofas, wooden dining table and chairs.
Well fitted kitchen with large gas range cooker, two wine coolers and a dishwasher.
Large conservatory (with plenty of room for bike storage).
Bathroom upstairs with sink, toilet and Jacuzzi – yes, that’s right, a Jacuzzi!
Utility room housing fridge/ freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Decent garden with grass and paved areas
