Large double room in fun house share!

We have a large double room coming up for rent early December, as our housemate is moving to Oz.

The room is spacious, with built in wardrobe, storage and a big bay window.

We share a bathroom, large living room and kitchen. We rent through a letting agent, some fees and a deposit are required.

You'll be sharing with two friendly females who have lived in the flat for a year and a half and love the location and homely atmosphere. We both work full time and are 24 and 29.

We are ideally looking for another female of a similar age, who is looking for a home rather than a stop gap. We like spending chilled nights in watching movies/crap tv as well as the occasional night out, it would be nice to find someone who would want to join us.

There is no designated parking, but we are on a residential street with no restrictions, a short walk to the city station (10 minutes), and a 2 minute walk from Morrisons.
