Double furnished bedroom in friendly maisonette

We are a couple who have a fairly small, furnished double bedroom available in our two floor maisonette in Marshalswick, St. Albans. The room has a small double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. We have a large living/dining area, and a good sized kitchen and bathroom. The property is on the first floor and has outdoor balcony space at the front. There is lots of parking both at the front and back of the property. We have a television and broadband.

We are friendly and easy going, we have lots of interests and like to socialise over a glass of wine!

The maisonette has great bus links and are less that 2 miles from St. Albans station. We are also seconds from a set of local shops, petrol station and pub!

Monday-Friday lets at a reduced rate also considered.
