Hi, we have a lovely fully furnished single room to rent in our family home. We are a young (ish!) married couple looking for a flatmate / lodger
to share our 3 bed maisonette. We are friendly and easy going and work. We are happy to have our own space - but also happy to share a bottle of wine and a DVD!
We have great bus links and are 2miles from St. Albans station. We live a 2 second walk from a set of local shops, petrol station, library and a pub!
7 Days week let or Monday - Friday (at a reduced rate) lets also considered .
