The property is situated near the city train station, bus stops and is a 5 min. walk from the city centre. Perfect location for someone who does not have their own transport. There is NO OFF STREET PARKING, so if you have a car, parking could be difficult as the house is very close to the city centre.
We are a professional medical-legal household and we are looking for a professional to share with.
The room is fully furnished, has central heating, and wifi connection. All of which are included in the rental price. Also included in the rental price are the following : all utility bills (gas, electricity, water),Council tax, WiFi connecting) fully fitted kitchen (larder fridge, chest freezer, microwave, gas cooker, plenty cupboard space), washing machine and drying area, Lounge with cable TV, Bathroom and separate toilet ALL TO SHARE.
Furthermore, a cleaner once a week cleans your room, changes bed linen and cleans communal areas. Rent is £125. 00 per week or £500. 00 every 4 weeks.
We are all very hard working and therefore are looking for someone who is VERY CLEAN, CONSIDERATE, RESPECTFUL and wants to come home to relax and NOT TO PARTY!! We've had bad experiences in the past and therefore require 2 written references, one from your employer confirming your post and ability to pay the rent and a second character reference.
