Semi detached 2 bed house with basement room

Recently modernised with a new kitchen, bathroom and basement room, and decorated throughout. Two double bedrooms and a 40" rear garden. City centre location. Parking is available Street side and the property is in a controlled parking zone as it's a City centre location. I would prefer to let to a professional couple/family but will consider a couple of professional individuals to buddy up. I am the Landlord and live close by, therefore any problems that may occur can be fixed quickly. NO FEE's.
