I have a large double, furnished room to rent in a quiet and bright house.

Room is furnished with double bed, 2x bed side tables, small desk and chair, small chest of drawers and large built in wardrobe.

House is a 2 double bed, semi detached rented property with large back garden and small front garden. It's in a very friendly and quiet cul de sac, close to local amenities like tescos, takeaways, pub and regular bus service between Hatfield and St Albans.

You'll be sharing with a professional female and a rescue dog, so must be dog friendly/ not allergic.

Lounge, kitchen and bathroom all shared of course.
Also has large loft space and garage for extra storage.

Bills included in the rent are: BT broadband/ vision, Netflix, council tax and water.

Electricity & Gas bills to be shared as and when they arrive!

Would suit quiet but sociable professional.
Smoking permitted in garden obviously but not indoors.
