Double room in sociable flat share

Hello! We are Kate and Helen - two professional ladies looking for a third female to share our large friendly flat in St Albans.

Location;
10min walk to St Albans City station
1min walk to Morrisons/ 5mins Tesco express
15-20mins walk to city centre
There is on street parking outside, no permits required!

The flat;
Downstairs is the kitchen, large bathroom and large open plan lounge, 1st double bedroom
Upstairs further two double bedrooms (including the one for rent )

The room;
Double room part furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers with small fireplace (sadly decorative only!)

Us;
Both professional working in and around Hertfordshire. We are a sociable flat and enjoy nights in with wine (lots of!) and the occasional night out - when we can be organised!

You;
Professional female of a similar age who is looking for a home - rather than a stop gap.

The rent is £325 a month and we each put in £100 in to a separate account which covers all bills and shared household items - washing up liquid, loo roll etc. Deposit is £450.
