Room also includes a chest-of-drawers, bedside cabinet, three lamps, a chair, and a shelf. There is a good amount of storage space.
There is a large funky lounge with two leather sofas, bookshelves, a storage cupboard, coffee table and a foldaway dining table. A large flat screen TV is also provided.
Large, modern kitchen/diner with integrated kitchen appliances, including an oven, new washing machine, microwave, toaster, capacious fridge freezer, and a breakfast table. Lots of storage space. Essential utensils and accessories provided.
The flat has fairly recently been refurbished, and everything is in excellent working condition. Good shower and bath, plus sink with units above and below.
The boiler is relatively new, and the property has gas central heating throughout.
There is an active phone line, and broadband Internet.
All bills are included (including Council Tax - Band C).
There is a pleasant shared garden area at the back with nice views of the woody area beyond.
Neighbours are friendly and quiet.
Parking is available in the leafy close (but a permit is now required at a low annual cost).
