This room is a large double room in a really friendly house in a great location. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are double glazed patio doors leading directly onto the back garden.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, condenser drier, microwave etc. There is efficient gas central heating throughout the house all paid for by the landlord and modern double glazing so you will be warm throughout the winter months.

There is off street parking for three cars, a large rear garden with lawn, mature trees and shrubs and a patio for summer BBQs.

The rent includes ALL bills - council tax, water, electricity, gas and 50 MB broadband internet.

The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave. You are dealing directly with me, the landlord so there are no nightmares with useless agents or extra fees. I am always quick to respond personally to your needs.
