There is a good sized, bright shower room.

There is lots of parking with a drive for three cars and a lovely large rear garden with lawn, mature trees and shrubs and patio for summer BBQs.

The rent includes ALL bills - council tax, water, gas central heating, electricity and broadband internet.
The contract is very flexible. You are free to leave at any time with just one month's notice.

You will be dealing directly with me, the landlord so there are no nightmares dealing with useless agents and paying extra charges. I am always quick to respond to any needs you may have.
