Double room, ensuite bathroom, large house

Self employed professional looking for a like minded person to house share. A large furnished double bedroom and own bathroom (shower, sink & toilet), with full use of all of the amenities the house has to offer... rear garden with summer house, roomy lounge, kitchen / diner, utilty room, downstairs toilet and front porch cloak room.
The house is ideally situated with a ten minute walk to the city centre, main train station into St Pancras and local rail link to Watford.
My two children sometimes stay overnight, they use my bathroom, and I have a ginger tom cat called Spud.
I would like someone who is tidy, clean and not overly noisy. 
Parking permits are available but there is a one-off cost of £100
NB. I do accept couples but the rent would be £800 per month due to the potential for increased bills.
