I have a very large double room available in a quiet and clean professional flatshare. The flat is in a small apartment block on a leafy street only 3 minutes walk from St Albans Thameslink station.

The room contains a large wardrobe, double bed and sofa, coffee table and plenty of room besides.. The kitchen and bathroom is shared with 2 others.

The rent includes water and council tax. Electricity is shared and averages around £15 to £45 pcm depending on time of year. Broadband and TV are £13 a month at the moment.

The room is suitable for single occupation. No smoking and no DHS, and the flat is not suitable for tenants who work late shifts. Sorry.
