I have a very large double room available in a quiet and clean professional flatshare. The apartment is in a small block on a leafy street only 3 minutes walk from the back entrance of St Albans Thameslink station.

The room contains a large wardrobe, double bed, sofa, coffee table and plenty of room besides.. The kitchen and bathroom is shared with 2 others.

The rent includes water, fast broadband and council tax. Electricity is shared between the 3 flatmates and the heating is via economy 7 storage heaters.

The room is suitable for single occupation. The other flatmates are friendly, clean and considerate and so would be looking for someone who would be equally respectful.
