Very large Double furnished room with en suite

The room is 9m that's 29' so a huge room with your own sofa, TV and entrance. The price is anywhere between £600 (Monday-Friday) or more (£950 but happy to discuss) if you want a full week,, It including a cleaner every other week I have a cat. There is Sofa and a little table and chair because the room is big enough and it will give you more privacy the TV is a smart TV and there is a bedside table. Wifi throughout. There is also off street parking. The house is near chiswell green and very near Waitrose. Close to M1 M25 and Abby station but about 2 miles from the main station. It's about 25minute walk into town.
I'm looking for someone who will respect my house and is easy to live with. I've rented rooms before In fact my best friend is someone I once rented a room to. I’m looking for someone friendly but realistically likes their space in their room.
Feel free to come and meet me and see the house. Looking for someone female preferably and a professional.- there are some students I would consider but this isn’t a party house. This is purely a friendly and nice place to live.
