We are a household of young professionals looking for one extra housemate. We have a Lovely newly decorated double room in our house available. Preferably we are looking for a working professional.

The Amenities within the area and house include, local shops, parking, town is a 5 min cycle, train station is a 15min cycle, fully fitted kitchen, lovely bathrooms with shower, washing machine and tumble drying facilities. gas and Electric included. All communal areas are cleaned twice / three times a week and kept to a very high standard. There are also additional toilet facilities.

£895 BILLS INCLUDED - Cleaning also included

This house would suit professionals who appreciate a friendly and clean environment.

ABOUT US;

The housemates are all working professionals between the ages of 22-30 and find themselves pretty busy during the week with work. In the evenings they enjoy cooking and relaxing and potentially venturing to the gyms within the area to keep healthy!

Richard - "is a fantastic landlord. He is reasonable, flexible and if all rules are adhered to is very happy. If there are ever any issues, he or his son will be the first to respond immediately and will ensure that the problem is fixed as soon as physically possible. He is a very approachable individual and will always be available for contact."
