There is a ‘Nest’ thermostat so you can control your own heating on your phone

The studio has its own front door, via the corridor which separates it from our house. The corridor leads through to the back garden. Which you are free to use.

Parking - you get a designated space for one car, on the front garden.

It is located at junction 4 of the A1, and easy access to the A414, Luton and St. Albans.
It is also only one mile from Welwyn Garden City rail station.
Bicycle storage is in back garden if you want to cycle to the station.
It takes 5 mins to cycle to WGC.

We need to see 3 months bank statements showing your salary going in.
For emergency services, we need to see your Emergency services ID, and receive an email from your work email.
This is listed as unfurnished, however we do have some furniture in the room available for you to use if you have none.

They will share the hallway with you.
