Single room to rent on a short or long term let basis in shared house in an idyllic village location. The large period property sits on the village High Street close to shops pubs, restaurants and national rail all within a 3 minute walk.

The room is furnished with a single bed, a fridge and a built in wardrobe.

You will have access to a large shared kitchen, family bathroom, reception room, balcony and garden. There is also private off street parking.

Currently there are 4 housemates, three men and one woman. All are working professionals. We are a friendly bunch looking for a housemate that is clean, tidy and respectful of others. The house is non smoking, but occasionally people smoke on the balcony.

The rent is £525 per month for the room inclusive of all bills. Cleaning products, toilet rolls, laundry detergent etc are all provided for the house.

A cleaner comes once a week to clean the kitchen bathroom, toilet and living room plus there is unlimited Fibre WiFi throughout the building.

The room looks out onto the side of the property.

The room will be available from August with the rent being paid in advance.
