Single room to rent all week or Monday to Friday

I have 1 single room for rent in my comfortable family home in the delightful village of Steeple Morden. My ideal tenant would be a quiet, respectful and friendly person who is in full time daytime work. I am an artist and grandmother, easy going and friendly. I also have a tabby cat living here. The room is available from January 2022

The single room is well furnished and has use of a modern shower room. This is shared if my double room is rented. You will have full use of the large, well equipped kitchen, utility room and dining/ living room with all the usual facilities. There is a patio and large garden. The room overlooks the lovely garden at the rear of the house. There is plenty of parking on the large drive.

The room would suit someone needing a Monday to Friday let, or I would consider renting on a monthly basis.
The rent is £100 per week for Monday to Friday, or £450 for a whole month. The rent includes all household bills plus council tax, fast broadband and cleaner.

Steeple Morden is a thriving rural village with a church, pub, garage and post office, tennis courts etc.
It is only 2 miles to the station on the Kings Cross line and has good road access to Cambridge 16 miles, Royston 6 miles, Stevenage 9 miles, Hitchin 17 miles and the A1 10 minutes drive.
