I have 1 double room for rent in my family home in the delightful village of Steeple Morden. My ideal tenant would be a quiet, respectful and friendly person who is in full day time work. I am an artist, grandmother, easy going and friendly. I have a tabby cat living here.
The room is available because my last lodger has moved into his own place.
With Covid still around, you would need to be fully vaccinated.

The room is furnished and overlooks the lovely garden at the back of the house. The tenant will have sole use of a modern shower room.
You will have full use of large, well equipped kitchen, utility room and a small living/dining room (I have my own living room). There is a patio and lovely garden and plenty of parking on the drive.

The rent for the double room is £625 per calendar month (deposit £400).

This includes all bills; council tax, fast broadband and cleaner.

Steeple Morden is a quiet country village with Post Office, church, school, pub and garage; it is very well placed with a mainline station on the Kings Cross line 2 miles, Royston 6 miles, Cambridge 16 miles, A1 10 minutes away. A previous lodger worked in Stevenage, an easy journey down the A1.
