Each house is fully equipped with two bathrooms, a separate washing machine and tumble dryer, a good sized garden and excellent parking.

We have a weekly cleaner, maintenance man and gardener making sure the property stays in the best possible condition.

The rooms comes with a double bed, desk and chair, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table and have a TV point and high speed wireless broadband.

The rents range from £375 to £475 pm inclusive of all bills and the deposit is one month's rent. We have no fees on tenancies in excess of six months.

We also have a large room available for professional sharers at £575 pm
