Large communal living room, garden and outside storage shed. Washing machine, tumbler dryer and dishwasher. Broadband throughout. Parking is shared on-road parking spaces in front of property.

Would suit professional male or female or responsible student. Pets considered, but would have to be agreeable to existing tenants and a small extra cost will apply.

Very importantly, a conscientious and helpful landlord (the existing occupant is our son...) !
