The rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license & Internet. There are no administration fees. One month rent and deposit to be paid in advance.

The room has reasonably new carpet and decoration, IKEA furniture including a double bed with double mattress, chests of 4 large drawers and a large wardrobe.

The En suite includes an electric shower enclosed in a glass and chrome cubicle, with white porcelain toilet, basin and chrome mixer taps.

There is also a small, new shared kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, sink and washing machine for communal use. However, all other rooms are bedsits with their own kitchenette therefore other tenants make limited use of the main kitchen. This means you will have the kitchen only to yourself most of the time. Most of the cupboard space in the kitchen is also for the use of this room, Room 1 so you will have ample kitchen cupboard space too.

Parking is available on the roadside at the front of the house.

The house is located in the Chells area of Stevenage. It is less than 10 minutes’ drive to the Town Centre, train station and the A1M motorway.
