All bills are included in your room rent (broadband, heating, electricity, water, council tax, and TV license), plus a cleaner comes in every week to clean the shared areas in the house. The room is immediately available.

The room has modern lighting, with an excellent quality bed, a really comfortable mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. Our house has 2 shared bathrooms and we also have two rooms that will have their own en-suite showers; which means 2 to 1 bathroom usage ratio.

There is unlimited high speed broadband and WiFi access throughout the house.

There is a large kitchen-dining area, which is fully equipped with appliances, including plenty of cupboard space, large fridge and separate fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, and electric hob. There is also a high capacity washing machine and tumble dryer.
