We are renting a double room in a Stevenage house share (street parking available), with a low maintenance garden area, with immediate availability.

The property has easy road access to the town centre, and Stevenage rail station.

Each room has a double bed, chest of drawers and a cupboard, and you are welcome to add additional furniture.

The housemates are very friendly, get along well, and work together to keep the house running smoothly. The house mates that do smoke do so strictly outside the house.

The house has a sizeable shared kitchen/dining area with a washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezers, microwave and oven.

The next step to take to secure YOUR new home is to get in touch with us to arrange for a viewing.

We would need 1 month's rent paid in advance along with a deposit equal to 1 month's rent before you move in.
