The reason the room is free, is that you must have some experience of understanding the elderly and provide some home help, cleaning, checking pills are taken, occasionally prepare food, taking her out for short walks occasional chat and checking her condition, These can all be agreed in advance. The Landlady suffers from memory loss & some anxiety, can have occasional mood swings.

You must be prepared to do this outside of you work time and up to 40 hours per months or thereabouts., you do not need to be available 7 days a week, as her son visits almost daily.
