I am a private live out landlord, with a middle floor single room available to rent in one of my houses in Merrick Close, in the Great Ashby area of Stevenage

All bills are included in the rental price, includes gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband.

This room is available to a professional, who is a non-smoker.

High speed broadband is available at the property.

The house has a large kitchen diner with a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pans and utensils. I have a cleaner who regularly cleans all the shared areas within the house.

We also fully maintain the house and private garden. Parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, there is a TV point in the room too.
