Parking is available on the drive. Also on street without any permit /restrictions

Simba hybrid mattress
Five drawer chest,
Wardrobe,
Bedside cabinet,

TV with Sky box (free view channels)
Own separate modern bathroom with electric shower over bath, sink and toilet.
Additional upstairs kitchen/diner/study room with modern kitchenette unit of fridge with freezer, sink, electric hobs and cupboard. Cupboards, breakfast bar and stool. Microwave with grill.
Use of washing machine and oven in downstairs kitchen
Use of back garden if required provided willing to cut the grass.
Only one other person in the house. I am a professional female, friendly, reliable and respectful of privacy.
Rent is £815 pcm but will consider Monday to Friday rentals for £750 pcm. 3 month minimum.
