We are renting out the last double room (single occupancy) in our Stevenage house share (street parking available), and really nice low maintenance garden area.
The property has easy road access to the A1(M), Stevenage town centre, and Stevenage rail station for quick and easy access to London.
The currently has a single bed (room can be furnished with double bed) and a cupboard, and you are welcome to add additional furniture to suit your needs.
The housemates are very friendly, get along well, and work together to keep the house running smoothly. There are a few that smoke, but strictly outside the house. The house is quiet and they current housemates are looking for someone with similar mindset.
The house has a sizeable shared kitchen/dining area with a washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezers, microwave and oven. We have a great outside area for an early morning coffee or a weekend barbeque.
The next step to take to secure YOUR new home is to get in touch with us to arrange for a viewing (lunch times, evenings and weekends usually work best), and we can do Whatsapp viewings if required.
We would need 1 month's rent paid in advance along with a deposit equal to 1 month's rent before you move in (or rent paid in proportion to when you move in during the month). Please ask if you need flexibility with the rent (can be paid weekly) and the deposit (can be built up over an agreed period).
The following bills are included in your rent:
- High Speed Cable Broadband (Wireless)
- Gas & Electric,
- TV license,
- Council tax and
- Water, and
- Weekly cleaner
- And landlords that respond quickly on requests
