I am a private live-out landlord with a middle floor single room available to rent in one of my houses in Merrick Close in the Great Ashby area of Stevenage.
This room is available to a professional, who is aged 25 years of age or above, and is a non smoker.
All bills are included in the rental price including gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband, TV license.
The house is fully furnished, and both the house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team.
High speed broadband is available.
There is a large kitchen diner equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all crockery and cutlery. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.
There is a ground floor toilet available to all tenants.
Parking is either provided with an allocated parking space or on-street parking which there is plenty of.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a TV point in the room. You will be sharing a bathroom/toilet with other tenants.
