The house’s existing tenants are all female and have been carefully selected and are all young professionals and are in their 20's.. Their jobs vary from Doctor, physiotherapist, pharmacist and GSK employees. They are an extremely friendly group who were all new to Stevenage on arrival, so are sympathetic to new arrivals. This is an all-female house.

Easy bus links to GSK or 12 min cycle. The Lister Hospital is only a few minutes by car or 10 min cycle. Local shops are a 1 min walk away. Bus to the station takes 8 mins and Airbus is a 5 min walk from there.
