Amazing location, less than 1 minutes walk from the Old Town surrounded by bars, restaurants and the train station just 15 minute walk away.
The room is massive, its the master bedroom. We are currently settled in our living spaces so happy to offer it to the next tenant.
The price is very competitive due to no living room however the bedroom more than makes up for it in size!

Plenty of available street parking - right outside the window of the room.

Looking for a working professional but more than anything just someone who will hopefully be a good fit, friendly and clean.

Gym down the road (Rise Gym) at less than a couple minutes walk and right next to several Parks.

Potential for longer stay (it's currently 3 months).
