About the house:
It's ideally situated for commuters or professionals working at Lister/GSK etc!

5-10min walk to the Old Town high street and 10-15min walk to Stevenage station in a small cul-de-sac on Sish Lane. I've just refurbished it, so the bathroom and bedroom are completely new. There's off road parking for 1 car plus a garage for extra storage. The garden is paved and perfect for bbqing in the hot weather (although I'm writing this as it's pouring down with rain...). There's a new sofa arriving for the lounge arriving in October.

Home gym with bench and light weights, I'm happy for you to bring your own heavier weights if you would like! I'm also potentially looking at getting a treadmill in the near future.

Full alarm system and CCTV camera for security. I'll give you a fob that will activate and deactivate the alarm and access to the CCTV cameras.

All bills are included within the £625 per month, including council tax, energy, water, TV license, broadband etc.

The bedroom:
Your room would be the front double bedroom with new large mirrored fitted wardrobes, fully furnished with ottoman bed and mattress.

About me:
I'm very clean and tidy, I work from home 3-4 days per week usually in my home office. I'm quite social so am not always in in the evenings and sometimes will have friends over (in the garden atm with social distancing). I really enjoy cooking and baking. I also have a small cat, his name is Tux and he keeps himself to himself most of the time although he's low key needy and likes a stroke sometimes.

I'm looking for:
A professional who is clean and tidy and treats my home as they would their own. No couples, sorry!
