The room is not ensuite. Rent £485 per month & £485 deposit, both payable in advance. Minimum 6 months tenancy. House is an HMO maximum 5 tenants.

You could view the room first and then if you like the room do the admin afterwards. Application form & administration takes about 2 weeks. Tenancy subject to references carried out by professional referencing company.

If you view the room and you wish to reserve it while admin is done you need to pay £100 holding fee, refundable with your first month’s rent.
