Lovely furnished double room in Old Town Stevenage

Hello,

I have large double room with a wardrobe which is available now. I'm only looking for a female to share with. Although this is down as a Monday to Friday house, if you work shifts at the hospital or in the emergency services, do give me a call.

There's shared use of a lovely newly re-fitted kitchen with a rangemaster oven. You will have fridge and cupboard space. The bathroom is also shared, it has a bath and shower and is kept clean and tidy!

I'm very friendly but will respect your privacy and need for any quiet time after work! I'm out and about a lot as I work in a school and often visit the gym in the evenings.

This is a lovely family home, close to all local amenities including Old Town shops and restaurants a 10 minute stroll away.

Ideally placed for fast road and rail links to London, Cambridge, Hertford, Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City. We're a 15 minute walk from Stevenage Railway station (a speedy 20 mins from Kings Cross) and 5 minutes drive from the A1.

Parking is available outside the house.

I can be flexible with prior arrangement and some weekends could be available for an increased fee.
