The two bed flat is on the ground floor. Let is ideal for someone easy going, sociable and considerate of others.

I work antisocial hours. My hours are often long and typically work from home. Although am quiet in nature and enjoy time alone, I am social.

The neighbours are all good natured and friendly. They are all professionals and or mature students. We all get on well.

For the most part, this area is generally quiet. The local district park and local shops (Budgens) are within walking distance.

The station is 3.9miles away, which is approx. 10 - 15 minutes drive. Lister hospital is 3.2 miles away. Street parking/off road parking is available.
If you do not drive, there is access to public transport, the bus stop is 15 minutes walk from the flat.

The room is furnished with a small double bed, chest of drawers and small work desk. There is flexibility in purchasing additional items to aid your comfort. All within reason of course.

Previously let out to professionals on a Mon to Fri basis so if opting for this, rent would be £500.
