My flats a new build, 2 bedrooms, with a spacious bathroom and open plan living room / dining / kitchen area. I also have a very spacious balcony.

I’m super clean and tidy... I don’t like mess! 😩 Or people who don’t clean up after themselves - it’s just bad manners 😆 genuinely, I expect the flat to be kept as it’s left.

It’s the smaller bedroom that’s up for grabs! It comes with furniture as seen in pictures!

There’s also a parking space available with a permit 😉 and local free parking for visitors!
