Newly decorated double bedroom available in 3 bed house. Property has been renovated over the last 2 years. All new carpets, new large kitchen diner, new large bathroom & downstairs toilet. Driveway parking included. Double bedroom has broadband connection. Access to washing machine in utility area. Good size garden with large patio, washing line etc.
I am 36 year old female with 2 month old baby, a dog and cat.
My dog is a hyper 2 year old labrador. She is friendly and will want you to play but will settle down. Animals are generally downstairs and do not go in the bedroom.
I am predominantly stay at home mum but work part time. Friendly, easy going person, like to keep things clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking, listening to music, watching Netflix, dog walks, reading, exercise classes, visiting friends and family.
There is no smoking in the house but lodger would be fine to smoke outside on patio. There is a gazebo and garden furniture.
My weekends are spent visiting friends and family and general household jobs.
