Room in return for care of an elderly woman

Hi,

My mother is 96.

She is pretty independent and healthy. However, she has a fall recently but is pretty much recovered.

I need a trustworthy, reliable and above all caring person to commit to helping her. She is usually pretty active going to church. etc.

The low rent is in return for your commitment to help my mum for a set and limited numbers of hours per week.

All of this is negotiable and the rent is too for the right person but i need someone who is reliable.

I am thinking:

cleaning
some cooking
some shopping
some laundry
general help

My mum is very smart and independent and kind.

I do not expect you you be on call 24/7 but to commit to a certain number of hours per week.

I live in Vietnam but will be in UK from June 4th til June 25th.

The room is small as is the flat - but its a nice green part of Stevenage off the Hertford Road.
